First of all, we Thank You for being an invaluable part of our tournament committee.  Without your efforts, we would not be able to host such a magnificent event.  Your time and service are appreciated and together we will make it an amazing event!

Please be aware of your assigned position for this Friday and/or Saturday.  We need extra help with setup on Friday from 6 PM - 9:30 PM at the venue and would appreciate your assistance.  Then on Saturday, please arrive at the venue before 7 AM (coffee and donuts will be available) to receive your uniform items, attend the mandatory meeting at 7:05 AM inside the gym.  Don't be late as we will be taking our group photo right at 7:05 AM!  ;-)

FLOOR TEAM (i.e., REFEREES, RING OPERATORS, BOARD HOLDERS, RING RUNNERS, STAGING, AWARDS): The Saturday morning meeting will include an opportunity for each Ring Group to run through a sample division in their ring. This will allow you to familiarize yourself with your Ring Group during a realistic scenario as well work out any remaining bumps before events begin!   See you at 7:05am punctually.  Our Floor Team Head Coordinator is Master Cheryl-Lee Urbanik. VOLUNTEERS: All volunteers will quickly go over their assigned duties with the head coordinator and get familiar with the location where they are assigned.  Our Volunteer Head Coordinator is Jenny Nguyen. Click here for: Volunteer and Referee Assignments

IMPORTANT: If you have family members who are competing and you would like to watch them, please let your head coordinator know once the competitor is in staging and a temporary replacement for you will be found.  DO NOT leave your post until there is someone to relieve you.  Return to your position once the competitor is done. 

Attire: Please make sure you come dressed in the following attire to make yourself identifiable to participants and spectators.

  • Security:  Black pants, black shoes, light blue volunteer t-shirt, yellow vest.

  • Referees:  Black pants, white dress shirt, white shoes, red Hanmadang tie, black suit jacket (optional).

  • Volunteers: Khaki/Beige pants, white shoes, light blue volunteer t-shirt.

  • Photographers:  Solid black attire, Press Pass.

  • Board holders: Khaki/Beige pants, white shoes, light blue volunteer t-shirt. yellow vest.

Those of you that have registered late after the volunteer deadline, should wear a light blue shirt, as we may not one available for you...
